Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise sales team members to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for optical products and services
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable coaching to team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all client interactions
- Coordinate inventory management and visual merchandising to maximize sales appeal
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company protocols
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in retail sales supervision or management role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in retail environment
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and inventory management systems
- Basic knowledge of optical products and eye health industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
