- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment application, and collections
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Collaborate with sales team to resolve billing inquiries and customer disputes
- Generate monthly reports on aging receivables and collection performance
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR workflows
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
