Join our dynamic finance team at Informatics College as an AR Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the institution's accounts receivable operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the accounts receivable team to achieve collection targets and KPIs
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables
- Oversee invoice processing, payment application, and reconciliation activities
- Develop and maintain collection policies while ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with student services and billing departments to resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare monthly AR reports and financial statements for senior management
- Train and mentor AR staff on best practices and system utilization
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Philippine tax regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience in education sector or similar service industry preferred
- CPA license is highly desirable
