Regalis Capital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Deal Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal homebased role, you will serve as the backbone of our acquisition process, ensuring seamless deal coordination, maintaining high standards of CRM accuracy, and tracking the sales pipeline to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure all deal statuses are current and accurate.
- Track the sales pipeline and report on key performance metrics to senior management.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate deal progress.
- Prepare and organize necessary documentation for deal closures.
- Conduct follow-up communications with leads to maintain engagement.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and updates for the deal team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in deal management or a related administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
