- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Partner with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives and provide actionable insights

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and accounting standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA/CMA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in process improvement, system implementation, and policy development
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
