Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee nursing operations across acute care and community settings, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols
  • Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to enhance nursing services

Kualifikasi

  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Singapore
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Clinical expertise in acute care settings with experience in community healthcare highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff supervision, mentoring, and team development
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in healthcare information systems and data analysis for quality improvement
