Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee nursing operations across acute care and community settings, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care
- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery
- Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to enhance nursing services
- Conduct regular quality assessments and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Singapore
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role
- Clinical expertise in acute care settings with experience in community healthcare highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff supervision, mentoring, and team development
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems and data analysis for quality improvement
