Join Tan Tock Seng Hospital's prestigious Medical Tower Planning & Development team as an Associate Executive. This pivotal role involves driving the strategic planning and execution of our next-generation healthcare facility expansion. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to ensure the new tower optimizes patient care workflows, integrates cutting-edge medical technology, and complies with stringent healthcare regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate planning phases for medical tower development including space allocation and functional programming
- Manage stakeholder communications across clinical departments, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, building codes, and healthcare standards
- Prepare project documentation including feasibility studies, timelines, and progress reports
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align clinical requirements with design specifications
- Monitor project milestones and address implementation challenges proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or Healthcare Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare facility planning or construction management
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and building codes
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM software)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in budget development and financial oversight for construction projects
