Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute clinical service plans aligned with hospital strategic goals and patient needs
- Oversee daily hospital operations, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient flow and operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven strategies for service quality enhancement
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
- Collaborate with clinical departments to coordinate service delivery and patient care
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance targets
- Represent hospital in external forums and contribute to industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of healthcare management experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in hospital operations and clinical service planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Expertise in healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional projects
- Certification in Healthcare Management (FACHE or equivalent) is advantageous
- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and operational planning tools
