Tanggung Jawab

  • Strategic Planning: Lead and develop strategic plans for the department, ensuring alignment with hospital-wide objectives and long-term goals.
  • Governance Management: Establish, implement, and monitor comprehensive governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, department heads, and external partners to drive project success and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate organizational performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Policy Development: Draft, review, and update operational policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the healthcare or public sector.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret data and drive evidence-based decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of healthcare regulations, governance standards, and quality management systems.
