Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient interviews to gather accurate medical histories and assess contraindications
- Explain radiologic procedures clearly to patients to ensure informed consent and reduce anxiety
- Encode and maintain accurate patient information in electronic health record systems
- Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging procedures including positioning and safety protocol adherence
- Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure smooth patient flow during examinations
- Monitor patient vital signs and comfort levels throughout diagnostic procedures
- Uphold strict infection control and safety standards in all clinical interactions
- Document patient encounters and procedure outcomes with meticulous attention to detail
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in diagnostic imaging or outpatient settings
- Strong knowledge of radiology procedures and patient preparation protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex medical information simply
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical coding
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
