Boost Juice is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing finance team in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting on all aspects of finance, empowering the leadership team to make data-driven strategic business decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash to ensure integrity of funds.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (MAS) and company financial policies.
- Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Assistant Finance Manager or Finance Analyst role.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ACA is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
