Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the budget planning process and monitor departmental expenditures against budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and filings.
- Streamline financial processes and improve reporting systems using ERP software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing industry.
- Certified professional (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
