Join KFC's dynamic marketing team as an Assistant/Manager, Digital Marketing, CRM & Delivery, and lead our digital transformation in Singapore's competitive food industry. This strategic role will drive exponential growth across our e-commerce platforms and delivery channels (including Grab and foodpanda) through innovative CRM strategies, loyalty program optimization, and performance marketing campaigns. You'll leverage data analytics to identify customer insights, personalize engagement journeys, and maximize conversion rates while maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative campaign development with rigorous performance measurement to exceed sales targets and enhance customer lifetime value.
Your responsibilities will span end-to-end digital ecosystem management – from campaign ideation and execution to A/B testing and ROI optimization. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and data science to ensure seamless integration between marketing initiatives and delivery logistics. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing with focus on CRM and performance marketing
- Proven expertise with e-commerce platforms and delivery apps (Grab, foodpanda)
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Advanced data analysis skills with experience in marketing analytics tools
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and campaigns
