Mynews is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager, Fit Out to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our renovation and interior projects are executed to perfection. You will supervise and control project timelines, ensuring contractors adhere to approved drawings and specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and control project timelines to ensure timely completion of fit-out projects
- Monitor contractors to ensure they execute works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including designers, contractors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project documentation, including permits, approvals, and compliance records
- Assist in preparing project budgets and track expenditures against approved budgets
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fit-out or interior construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD/BIM tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid certification in project management is a plus
