Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee Clinical Governance frameworks to ensure hospital compliance with national and international standards.
- Manage and coordinate comprehensive Clinical Audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Drive Quality Improvement initiatives across medical departments to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Handle complex Healthcare Administration tasks, including documentation, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with clinical teams to foster a culture of safety and quality.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the hospital remains compliant and competitive.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies regarding medical affairs performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of Clinical Governance, Quality Improvement, and Clinical Audit processes.
- Proven experience in Healthcare Administration and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Relevant professional certifications in healthcare management or quality assurance are highly preferred.
