Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or patient safety
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in healthcare data interpretation and reporting
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards (e.g., Joint Commission, ISO)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Project management experience with demonstrated success in healthcare initiatives
- Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or related field highly desirable
