Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations and reporting requirements
- Assist in manpower budgeting processes and compensation planning initiatives
- Conduct cost simulations and forecasting to support financial planning
- Develop and implement efficient payroll systems and processes
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
- Prepare payroll reports and documentation for management review
- Stay updated with changes in Singapore's labor laws and payroll regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
