Kualifikasi

- Strong knowledge of Singapore's healthcare landscape and community care frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience developing healthcare policies and procedures
- Proficiency in data analysis for program evaluation
- Singapore citizenship or relevant work authorization required
