Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support under the supervision of registered nurses
- Assist in the implementation of nursing care plans and treatment protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to senior staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and self-care practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and healthcare providers
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent healthcare qualification
- Current and valid nursing registration with the relevant healthcare board
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in a clinical healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
