Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments in adherence to established medical protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, medical oncologists, and physicists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings to discuss complex cases and optimize care strategies.
- Mentor junior medical officers, residents, and nursing staff to foster a culture of learning.
- Contribute to clinical research projects and publish findings to advance the field of radiation oncology.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment records.
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MBBS/MD) with relevant postgraduate qualifications in Radiation Oncology.
- Specialist registration (e.g., MRCP, RANZCR) with a focus on Radiation Oncology.
- Valid Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration or eligibility for registration.
- Proven track record of clinical practice in a reputable healthcare institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients.
- Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure, fast-paced hospital environment.
