Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for complex cases
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and opinions
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and legal proceedings
- Develop case strategies and provide strategic legal counsel to clients
- Manage client relationships and maintain transparent communication channels
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure case quality and timeliness
- Stay updated on Philippine jurisprudence and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed member of the Philippine Bar
- LLB degree from an accredited Philippine university
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in civil/commercial law
- Exceptional research, analytical, and written communication skills
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical legal practice
