- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs for renewable energy operations
- Monitor and interpret Philippine legal/regulatory updates affecting energy sector
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for regulatory compliance
- Prepare legal documentation and reports for regulatory submissions
- Advise management on compliance strategies and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on compliance policies and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in legal/compliance roles, preferably in energy sector
- Knowledge of Philippine energy regulations and renewable energy policies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to regulatory detail
- Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with internal audit frameworks and risk assessment
