Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct legal research and case analysis for litigation matters
- Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings under attorney supervision
- Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
- Review contracts and legal instruments for compliance and risk assessment
- Participate in client meetings and provide legal counsel
Kualifikasi
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Philippine law school
- Active Philippine Bar membership
- 1-3 years litigation experience in a law firm or legal department
- Strong legal research and writing abilities
- Proficiency in legal documentation and court procedures
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
