Tanggung Jawab
- Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts to ensure legal soundness and business alignment
- Design and implement equity structures for strategic investments and corporate initiatives
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions including due diligence, deal structuring, and integration
- Ensure comprehensive legal compliance across all business operations and regulatory frameworks
- Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management on corporate governance matters
- Manage high-stakes special legal projects and crisis response initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Admitted to the Philippine Bar with 7+ years of corporate law experience
- Proven expertise in M&A, equity structures, and investment transactions
- Advanced contract management and negotiation skills with transactional experience
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to manage complex legal projects with minimal supervision
