In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive internal and external financial audits. You will be responsible for managing financial risks, reviewing complex financial documents, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Beyond technical auditing, you will play a key role in mentoring junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and communicating critical financial findings to senior management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive internal and external financial audits for the hotel.
- Manage and mitigate financial risks by implementing robust internal control measures.
- Review and analyze financial statements, ledgers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Mentor, train, and guide junior auditors and finance staff to ensure professional development.
- Communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in hospitality operations and financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, GAAP, and local government regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, with a preference for candidates in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
