Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive internal/external audits across multiple departments
- Supervise audit teams, providing guidance on methodology and regulatory compliance
- Develop risk-based audit plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with senior management to implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to auditing standards and industry regulations
- Mentor junior auditors through training and performance feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and Philippine auditing standards
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Clear communication skills for reporting to stakeholders
