In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing training strategies that empower sales teams to excel. You will serve as a key bridge between product development and the dealership floor, ensuring that complex automotive concepts are delivered in an accessible and engaging manner. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training workshops for dealership staff and management.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital content.
- Conduct on-site training sessions and coaching to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with product managers to stay updated on new vehicle features and updates.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new dealership partners and staff members.
- Represent the company at industry events and automotive trade shows when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, training, or business consulting.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to captivate an audience.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating training documentation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
- Familiarity with automotive industry trends, vehicle specifications, and dealer management software.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for the automotive sector.
