Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery or food production supervision
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and waste reduction techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
- Certification in food safety management (HACCP) preferred
