We are looking for a dedicated and organized Purchasing Officer to join the operations team at Magic Garden Cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality raw materials and supplies, managing our supply chain, and ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized to support our daily operations.
You will act as the bridge between our kitchen and our vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that we receive the best value for our purchases. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle for food ingredients, beverages, and operational supplies.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders to prevent stock shortages.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and product alternatives.
- Ensure all incoming goods meet quality standards before acceptance.
- Collaborate with the management team to forecast purchasing needs based on demand.
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
