Join PT Rasa Gaya's dynamic team as our Procurement & Inventory Administrator and become the backbone of our retail operations across Bali's thriving skincare studios, salons, and clothing shops. In this pivotal role, you'll own the end-to-end purchasing and inventory lifecycle, ensuring our three growing locations remain perfectly stocked to meet customer demand while optimizing cost efficiency. You'll develop strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, implement inventory control systems, and analyze stock trends to prevent shortages or overstocking. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for skincare products, salon supplies, and retail merchandise across all locations
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships through strategic negotiations and contract management
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems using ERP/WMS software
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and implement demand forecasting models
- Coordinate with store managers to align purchasing plans with seasonal trends and promotions
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement/inventory management experience in retail or beauty industry
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data and financial reports
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in multi-location retail environment preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
