- Coordinate transportation networks and distribution schedules across Jawa Tengah
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels
- Manage warehouse operations and material handling procedures
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with procurement and production departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Oversee third-party logistics provider relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing logistics
- Proficiency in logistics software (WMS, TMS) and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs and import/export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willingness to attend training programs in China
