Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and billing statements on a timely basis.
- Collect payments from customers and reconcile daily cash receipts with bank deposits.
- Record all billing transactions and payments into the accounting system accurately.
- Monitor accounts receivable status and follow up on overdue accounts professionally.
- Assist in the month-end closing process and prepare billing reports for management.
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for all billing documents and receipts.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and payment methods.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Cashier or Billing Clerk.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail in handling financial data.
- Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations and local billing standards is preferred.
