In line with ByteDance's globalization strategy, we are seeking a visionary BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) Product Manager to lead our Global Payments platform. You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing financial transactions, building scalable infrastructure that empowers millions of users worldwide.
As a BNPL Product Manager, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative payment solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Global BNPL platform, aligning with company strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science) to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in the fintech landscape.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive product decisions and improve conversion rates.
- Stakeholder management: Communicate progress and product strategy to senior leadership and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Fintech, Payments, or E-commerce.
- Strong understanding of BNPL models, credit risk assessment, and payment gateway integrations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering products in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
