Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record all branch accounting transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation
- Monitor branch budget variances and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of experience in branch accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills in both English and local dialects
