Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies for chocolate and confectionery product lines
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with product innovations
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Create engaging marketing collateral including content, visuals, and promotional materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and media partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG or food/beverage industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Creativity with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and consumer engagement
- Proficiency in marketing analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
