Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies for key CPG clients to maximize brand impact and revenue growth.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of brand partnerships, including prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, and performance review.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, high-level relationships with senior stakeholders at top-tier consumer brands across the region.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Sales, and Creative to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Present quarterly business reviews and growth strategies to leadership to demonstrate value and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and brand guidelines in all partnership activities.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, account management, or marketing, preferably within the CPG or tech industry.
- A strong network of contacts within the Philippine and Southeast Asian marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving measurable business results.
- Fluency in English and Tagalog (or local dialect) is highly preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, internal ad tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
