Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience
- ERP implementation project experience (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio)
- Stakeholder management and communication expertise
