Are you a certified accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career? ConnectOS is seeking a highly skilled CAS Lead I (US Financial Advisory, WFH) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while providing top-tier advisory support.
As a CAS Lead, you will leverage your CPA expertise to navigate complex financial landscapes, manage client portfolios, and ensure compliance with US tax regulations. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in the Philippines, supporting US-based businesses with a schedule tailored to your timezone (Tuesday - Saturday, 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM PHT).

Tanggung Jawab
- Client Account Management: Oversee and manage client financial accounts, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- US Tax Preparation Support: Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of essential US tax documents such as 1099s and W2s.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial integrity.
- Client Advisory: Provide exceptional customer service and financial guidance to US-based clients via various communication channels.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to US accounting standards (GAAP) and local Philippine regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for workflow optimization within the financial advisory team.
Kualifikasi
- Certification: Must hold a valid CPA license.
- Experience: Proven experience in US Financial Advisory or a related accounting field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts clearly.
- Time Management: Ability to work effectively within the specified shift hours (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM PHT).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive financial information.
