Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full accounting cycle including month-end/year-end closures
- Lead and develop the accounting team through performance management
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards and tax regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review
- Implement internal controls and risk management procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll operations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years in supervisory/management role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
