In this dynamic role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your daily tasks will involve a mix of administrative and clinical support, such as managing appointment schedules, verifying patient information, and assisting doctors during examinations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the examination rooms are stocked and sanitized.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently using clinic management software.
- Assist medical practitioners during consultations and minor procedures as required.
- Update and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and patient files.
- Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing equipment and arranging necessary supplies.
- Handle front-desk administrative duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Assist with basic health screenings and vitals monitoring under supervision.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field; a background in Medical Assistantship or Nursing is an advantage.
- Previous experience working in a medical clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office) and medical administrative software.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate attitude towards patient care and attention to detail.
