Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain clinic cleanliness including waiting areas, examination rooms, and restrooms to health and safety standards
- Manage proper waste disposal and biohazard material handling in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate patient check-in processes, manage appointment schedules, and assist with basic patient inquiries
- Perform daily sanitization protocols and deep cleaning tasks to prevent cross-contamination
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained
- Assist with minor facility maintenance tasks and promptly report any equipment or structural issues
- Support patient flow management by directing visitors and maintaining organized waiting areas
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless transitions between patient appointments
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare facility cleaning certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in custodial services, preferably in medical or clinical settings
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and proper sanitation techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide courteous, professional patient interactions
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting (up to 20kg)
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for appointment management and communication systems
