Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
- Valid Singapore nursing license with minimum 3 years clinical experience

- Prior experience in clinical instruction or staff training
- Deep understanding of ILTC frameworks and gerontology principles
- Strong communication skills with ability to mentor diverse nursing teams
