We are seeking a dedicated and professional Collection Officer to join the Finance Division at Asuransi Raksa Pratikara. This is a critical role within our organization where you will be responsible for managing the integrity of our financial records by submitting premium refunds and collecting premiums in strict accordance with established procedures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding premium payments and accounts receivable.
- Process premium refunds accurately and in compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders via phone and email regarding payment schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure cash flow targets are met.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and overdue accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and financial collection procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and a service-oriented mindset.
