Tanggung Jawab
- Provide emergency medical care and first aid treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses
- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations and periodic health assessments
- Implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of health information
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical consultations
- Develop and deliver health education and wellness programs for employees
- Manage clinic supplies, equipment, and inventory for optimal functionality
- Ensure compliance with DOH and OSH standards for workplace health
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse (PRC license)
- At least 1 year of clinical or occupational health experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly
- Proficiency in electronic health records and basic computer applications
