Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine health assessments and provide first aid/emergency medical services
- Maintain accurate employee health records and ensure confidentiality
- Participate in Occupational Health & Safety Committee meetings and initiatives
- Develop and deliver health education programs for employees
- Monitor workplace health hazards and recommend preventive measures
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident documentation
- Collaborate with management to implement health and safety policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with current PRC license
- 1-2 years experience in occupational health or company nursing
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Knowledge of DOH and OSHS regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Experience with health record management systems
