- Provide immediate first aid and emergency response to workplace incidents
- Monitor employee health status and maintain confidential medical records
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs and health initiatives
- Conduct regular health screenings, vaccinations, and health education sessions
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Investigate workplace accidents and recommend preventive measures
- Manage health supplies inventory and medical equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in occupational health or company nursing
- CPR and First Aid certification (current)
- Knowledge of DOH and OSHS regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
