- Manage site safety compliance and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive safety documentation
- Conduct HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) assessments
- Monitor workplace conditions to identify potential safety hazards
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and prevent recurrence
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all safety standards
- Prepare regular safety reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a health and safety role, preferably in mining or energy sector
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in safety documentation and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
