- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust reporting systems for APAC region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity across all platforms and systems
- Support service delivery teams with data analysis and troubleshooting
- Identify and implement process improvements based on data analysis
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or operations analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with APAC market data and regional operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of mining, resources, or energy industry is a plus
