- Conduct thorough risk assessments and scenario analysis for energy market operations.
- Oversee compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify emerging risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management, specifically within the energy or resources sector.
- Strong understanding of energy market dynamics and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ERC, DOE).
- Professional certification (e.g., CRM, FRM, CERA) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
