We are seeking an experienced and strategic HSE(Q) Manager to lead the Health, Safety, and Quality functions for our new specialty chemicals manufacturing facility in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing a world-class safety culture and ensuring strict quality control standards are met across all production operations. You will oversee the implementation of robust HSE policies, manage comprehensive risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE and Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with international standards.
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety drills to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
- Manage safety training programs and ensure all personnel are certified and competent.
- Oversee quality control processes, including raw material testing and batch release protocols.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on safety and quality goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HSE and quality performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- Professional certification in HSE or Quality (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in specialty chemicals manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and chemical handling protocols in Singapore.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management and regulatory authorities.
